📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalty.

This right applies only to products that are not excluded from the right of return, meaning products that are:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Kept in their original packaging and in perfect condition

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been unsealed, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

CONDITIONS TO BE MET

Returned items must be:

  • Intact, complete, and suitable for resale
  • Free from signs of use or odors (perfume, detergent, makeup, etc.)
  • Returned in their original packaging or appropriate protective packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

In accordance with regulations, customers are allowed to handle the product only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

Any excessive use may result in a partial refund due to depreciation.

PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Unsealed hygiene products
  • Used cosmetic products
  • Damaged products
  • Personalized products

False lashes, cosmetic products, and opened accessories are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Before returning any item, you must contact our customer service:

We will provide you with the return address and the necessary instructions.

The return must be sent within 14 days of your withdrawal notification, using a shipping service that includes a tracking number.

Any return sent without prior authorization may be refused.

RETURN COSTS & RESPONSIBILITY

Return shipping costs and risks remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Akila Beauty.

We strongly recommend keeping all shipping proof, including the tracking number.

The customer remains responsible for the parcel until it is received by our services.

Akila Beauty cannot be held liable for any damage or loss occurring during return transit.

REFUNDS

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 business days.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until the items are received or proof of shipment is provided.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

The refunded amount will correspond to the price of the products, excluding initial shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

In the event of product depreciation, a partial refund may be applied.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt, including photos as evidence.

An appropriate solution will be offered (exchange, replacement, or refund).
