We are delighted to welcome you and offer our carefully selected beauty products.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&C”) define the conditions under which Akila Beauty sells its products on the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
Any order placed on the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&C.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time.
The applicable T&C are those in force on the date of the order.

PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those presented on the Website.
The essential characteristics of the products are described on the product pages.
Product photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Minor variations may exist between the photographs and the delivered product without engaging the Seller’s liability.
All products offered for sale are new, unopened, and compliant with applicable European legislation.
AVAILABILITY
Products are offered subject to availability.
The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of stock shortages or temporary unavailability.
If a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed and may request a refund, store credit, or an equivalent product.
PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are displayed before order validation.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
Products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
The Seller may occasionally offer promotional deals, including automatic discounts or promotional codes.
The conditions applicable to these offers are specified on the Website at the time they are implemented.
ORDER
The Customer selects the products they wish to purchase and validates the order after verifying its content.
Order validation constitutes acceptance of these T&C.
An order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or non-payment of a previous order.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of order.
The Customer may pay for orders securely by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), as well as by any other payment method offered on the Website at the time of payment.
Payment is carried out outside Akila Beauty’s online store in the secure payment environment provided by Maksekeskus AS. Akila Beauty does not have access to the Customer’s bank or card details.
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
In the event of payment refusal by the bank or payment provider, the order will automatically be canceled.
DELIVERY
Products are delivered within Lithuania and to countries within the European Union to the address provided by the Customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes and begin from the date of shipment.
Average delivery times range from three (3) to seven (7) business days depending on the destination country.
The Seller cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or circumstances beyond its control.
Risk related to transport is transferred to the Customer once the order is handed over to the carrier.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the condition of the package upon delivery.
In the event of a damaged, missing, or opened parcel, the Customer must make reservations with the carrier and inform the Seller as soon as possible.
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage occurring during transport once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
When the right of withdrawal applies, products must be returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the returned products or proof of shipment.
LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the products.
The Seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the Website or any interruption of the Website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements present on the Website are the exclusive property of the Seller.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is used solely for order management and customer relations, in accordance with applicable regulations.
APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES
These T&C are governed by Lithuanian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
