What are the delivery times?
We deliver to all EU countries, as well as to Norway and Iceland. Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours after confirmation. Delivery times then vary depending on your country and the shipping method selected. An estimated delivery time is provided at checkout.
Can I return my product?
Yes. You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Exception: for hygiene reasons, lashes whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If an item is defective or not as ordered, contact us and we will cover the return costs. See our return policy for details.
